Shipping policy

Shipping times may vary depending on your address and the shipper's address. 

Products are not stored in one central location and are sourced from around the world in such locations as Canada, China, France, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, United States of America and others. 

Because products are shipped from the vendor's address your order may or may not be shipped all together, and you may receive your order in several shipments. You will be charged for shipping on a per order basis, and not on a per shipment basis. You will not be charged for shipping multiple shipments outside of your control. 

Products, and therefore vendors, may be updated without notice, so always check the origin country before ordering to estimate approximate shipping times.

Shipping times are not an exact science, but Orange Ball Athletics works with each vendor, including Oberlo to determine shipping times as appropriate, but will not be exact.

Outside factors,  such as government customs agencies may take possession of your shipment for a period of time, or permanently, which will affect shipping times. This is out of the control of Orange Ball Athletics and the vendors.

Additional costs may be added to your order at any point due to external factors such as government customs agencies.

We will work with you to try to solve any issues before they occur, but cannot guarantee outcomes. We promise that we will work hard for you, our customers regardless of the outcomes.
